Product Introduction
CY993 Silicone Structural Sealant is double component, especially designed of middle and high modulus for insulating glass structural assembly, neutral curing ,high performance construction sealant, which has excellent ozone resistance, anti-ultraviolet irradiation and extreme temperature resistance (-40-150Co), and has outstanding bonding performance to major construction material, glass and coating film glass; neutral curing, it has non-corrosiveness to major construction material; it form silicone rubber after curing, it has outstanding weather and aging resistance.
Basic Purpose
The main application of Cy993 silicone insulating glass sealant: the second sealing of non- structural insulating glass and other glass’s sealing and bonding.
It could used by hand or machine in insulating glass, could collocated with butyl sealant, also could solely use.

Recommendation for Use
In order to ensure the insulating glass sealant has excellent bonding strength, the bonded surface must be clean and no sewage.
B component curing agent must be stired before use.
The weight proportion of CY993 silicone insulating glass sealant base compound and curing agent is 12:1, mix ratio: 10.1 – 15:1. Adjust curing rate (B composition is more, the curing time is shorter; B component is less, the curing time is longer).
CY993 silicone insulating glass sealant is not suitable for structural curtain assembly.
Not suitable for the first sealing or single sealing of insulating glass.
silicone insulating sealant may not compatible with acid silicone sealant, do not contact or mix with it.
Do not used in the environment of retting and wet place in whole year.
B component could be act with water in the air, do not exposure in the air in long time.
Attention
Please make compatibility and bonding test before use, it could be constructed after ensure the product and base material conform to the construction requirement.
Gluing places of Silicone sealant should be keep in a good ventilation environment.
If the eyes contact with the non-curing solvent, it must immediately clean by plentiful water and go to see a doctor.

Storage
Please keep in the place below 27℃ to extent the validity period of product, the validity period is 12 months.
Transportation Method
This product is non-dangerous goods, it could be transported by train, vehicle, ship and airplane.
