Product Introduction
A-366 acid glass sealant is single component; acid curing sealant, it’s convenient to use, short time of surface dry, no vertical flow, it has excellent flexibility and cohesiveness, it could used in widely weather condition, it has outstanding weather ultraviolet radiation, wind, snow, air pollution resistance. Surface dry time is 5-10 minutes. Main Purpose
The cohesiveness of glass, anodic oxidation aluminum ceramics, PVC, sealing of ordinary windows and doors and major plastic products; it suitable for the sealing of metal doors and windows, storefront, cabinet, clearstory and all kinds of interior trim and sealing. The sealing between plastic and glass. And it has so many uses in moistureproof.
Recommendation for Use
Make material compatibility test before use ,it could be constructed only if it is according to the construction requirement.
Cohesive sealing surface should be dry, clean,compact, oilless , no dust and without water.
Paste the low adhesive tape on protection part: trimming and remove the adhesive tape before sulfuration of sealant.
Cut open seal and nozzle, fix in glue gun to use.
Directly push sealant to seal place by nozzle.
Use Restriction
This product is acid curing, it has some rust to concrete, marble, coated glass, irony and zinc material; can’t be used in structural sealant; can’t be construct in wet surface; can’t be used in the surface which is with oil and exudation; can’t be used in impenetrable job location; it can’t be construct when base material temperature is lower than 4℃ or over 40℃.
Acid silicone sealant may incompatible with silicone insulating sealant, do not contact with it and mix with it. Attention
This product could release few acetic acid gas during vulcanizing, it may has some thrill to body.
avoiding contacting with skin in long term, If it enter into eyes, one must immediately clean by plentiful of clean water and go to see a doctor.
